Please be aware Australia Post is experiencing delays due to COVID19 and the volume of parcels being delivered. There may be longer transit times across both standard and express services. We know it’s hard work, but good things come to those who wait. 

All our parcels are shipped with Australia Post as it gives us the best coverage across the country, including PO boxes. The best way to see where your parcel is at is via your tracking email.

Please be aware that drivers are not able to call to arrange delivery. If you would like a parcel left if you’re not home, just make sure you give us explicit instructions in the notes and we’ll slap it on the label for you. If there’s a safe place to leave the parcel, the drivers will. If it seems a bit suss, don’t worry, it will be waiting for you at the post office. Just make sure you pick it up within 10 business days or else it will boomerang back to us!
